We are searching for someone who is highly motivated with a passion to succeed to join our experienced team of Energy Brokers and Account Managers delivering core services such as Gas, Electricity and Solar procurement and Account Management. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage relationship with our existing and new clients and provide a high level of service.

The Role

• Preparing tender proposals, presenting quotes and securing contracts

• Answering queries to ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction are met

• Providing market intelligence to a portfolio of customers

• Reviewing account performance with customers to ensure customer and company goals achieved

• Maintaining regular contact with an existing client base, build relationships to expand portfolio

• Forecast and monitor customer account metrics

• Communicate client needs and demands to energy analysts and admin operations.

Our ideal Renewals Account Manager should have the below skills:

• Energy industry experience is highly desirable

• Effective communication and relationship building skills

• Professional, assertive, and driven

• Good written and organisational skills

• Target/KPI/Commission driven

• Organised with attention to detail

• Team player

Remuneration package consisting of basic salary, commission and bonus to give realistic OTE of £32K in the first year, £36-£42K + in the second year and £55k+ thereafter with career progression opportunities in growing company.
